What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact or quote form, that includes your name, email address, and any details you provide about your project. If you provide a phone number or company name, we keep those too.
Our website may use privacy-respecting analytics that record aggregate page views, referring sites, and approximate location by country. This data is not tied to you personally and does not use cookies to track you across other websites.
How we use it
We use the information you share to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- Deliver services you have engaged us for
- Send project updates and invoices
- Improve our website and the way we describe our services
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers described below, or when required by law.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to us by an email delivery provider, and our website is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf, are bound by their own privacy commitments, and may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we do not pursue are deleted within twelve months. Records related to work we deliver are kept for as long as needed to support that work and to meet accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days. You may also withdraw consent to further contact at any time.
Security
Our website is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and protected against automated abuse, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
