Using this website
This website is provided for general information about our services. Content may change without notice, and we make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current at all times.
Quotes and estimates
Figures provided through our quote form, on this website, or in early conversations are estimates only. A binding price, scope, and timeline are set out in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.
Engagements
Work we deliver is governed by the written agreement for that project. In the absence of a signed agreement, the following applies:
- Scope, deliverables, and payment schedule are as described in the accepted proposal
- Invoices are due within fifteen days of the invoice date
- Either party may end an engagement with written notice; work completed to date remains payable
Ownership
Once all invoices for a project are paid, you own the deliverables we created for you, including source code and design files. We keep the right to reuse general techniques, components, and know-how that are not specific to your business, and to describe the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party services
Projects often rely on third-party platforms such as hosting, payment processors, app stores, and email providers. Those services have their own terms and fees, which you agree to directly with the provider. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing decisions made by third parties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement or from use of this website is limited to the fees paid to us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which we operate and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that province.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
